All tuition is due seven (7) days prior to the start of class. A Late Registration penality in the amout of $50.00 applies if tuition is not received 7 days prior to class date. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are welcome. If you wish to use your credit card, please download, complete and fax the credit card authorization on our website. Or, forward your check or money order to: REST, INC., P.O. Box 2918, Cartersville, GA 30120. Upon receipt of your tuition we will email you a confirmation form that must be presented at the seminar.
We understand that your schedule may change. In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled seminar your tuition will be applied to the next date scheduled for the seminar. REST, INC. also reserves the right to re-schedule seminar dates. In the event of a re-scheduled seminar, your tuition will be applied to a later seminar date of your choice.
